Statement and consent (according to Italian jurisdiction) According to law no. 196 from 30 June 2003 Jazz Music Promotion Südtirol Alto Adige collects personal information respecting the fundamental rights and freedoms as well as the dignity of the subject, and is especially committed to protecting the confidentiality, the personal identity and the right to protection of personal data. The data controller is Jazz Music Promotion Südtirol Alto Adige with the headquarters in Via Portici, 46, 39100 Bolzano. Jazz Music Promotion Südtirol Alto Adige reserves the right to change or supplement this data protection policy at any time, particularly when required by legal amendments or new regulations in this field. Purpose of the collection and storage of data: The collected personal data are used exclusively for the purpose of providing the data subject with information about the Südtirol Jazz Festival Alto Adige and other events organised by Jazz Music Promotion Südtirol Alto Adige, as well as for sending the subject news about jazz music in general. The data shall not be shared with other subjects, entities or societies, unless when required by any legal obligations, regulations, EU regulations or civil or fiscal legislation. The collection and storage of the data is handled electronically by the persons in charge at the headquarters of Jazz Music Promotion Südtirol Alto Adige. Rights of the data subject Art. 7 of the Italian Data Protection Act confers the data subject certain rights. In more detail, the subject has the right to know whether or not the data controller has collected personal information about him or her, regardless of the fact whether the data have already been stored or not, and the right to obtain said information in clear and legible form. The subject also has the right to ask for information about the origin of the data and the purpose and method of their collection, the procedure applied in case of electronic processing, details about the data controller, the data supervisor and the persons and groups of persons the data to whom could be disclosed. The data subject furthermore has the right to access, review, correct and complement the data, as well as to ask for their deletion, suspension or transformation into anonymous data if the collection and storage of the data is not in compliance with the law. The data subject has the right to partially or entirely refuse the collection of his or her personal data, even if the data collection is consistent with the purpose, as well as to demand their deletion, suspension or transformation into anonymous data when stating a justification.
